Authentic Leadership & Behavior Assessments
Course description
Authentic Leadership and Behavioral assessments is a 5 day leadership lab with Dr. Meyers and Dr. Steffian. Core concepts will be discussed with practical applications and assessments. Participants will learn concepts such as:
How people are influenced by their emotions and rationality potentially leading to conflict or negative outcomes.
Understanding behaviour and how to asses someones current behaviour profile.
Track their own leadership curve and identify where others might be in their curve.
The course will utilize the participants experience and operational examples to cover concepts, role plays and scenarios. By using experiential learning the participants will be able to use lessons learned immediately in their endeavours.
