DESCRIPTION: This high quality medical refresher course will center around the historic The Gault House Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky.
PJ Rodeo/Reunion PRODEV (Negotiation-centric) – Register for upcoming SEI classes.
In collaboration with the Harvard Negotiation Project and other guests, S.E.I. will host a PRODEV workshop. Harvard Negotiation Project – Models, Skills, and Frameworks for your negotiation challenges. An in-depth study on the art of negotiation will arm Operators with skills to resolve conflict while still removing obstacles to mission success.
- Barriers to negotiation (mapping, ladder of inference, poor persuasion, managing emotions)
- The Balcony: key tool to strategically assess and manage emotions of yourself/others
- Two primary models of Negotiation: A. Positional Model B. Interest Based Model
- Other areas of concentration will include ethics, values, and culture.

ALCON, In conjunction with the PJ RODEO & REUNION 2023, S.E.I. will be offering two courses simultaneously and on property.
5-Day Paramedic Refresher (STOALS)
4-Day PRODEV (Harvard Negotiation Project – centric)
Open enrollment now, with the ability to upscale classes as needed for both the STOALS 1-8 Sept and PRODEV 5-8 Sept 2023. These courses will be located either on-site or near the hotel that is being used for the PJ Rodeo/Reunion (Galt House Hotel, Louisville, Kentucky). These requested courses will provide the standard high-end S.E.I. training while still de-conflicting key legacy and historical events taking place during the Rodeo and Reunion. We have coordinated a block of rooms for both classes with limited availability so please let us know by 1 June if you would like to take advantage of the on-property lodging accommodations. We will still take all-comers wishing to attend the training no matter where you stay.
