PRODEV ACADEMY rolls out its next professional development course enabling operators to excel within each new position and weighted responsibility: The Operations Superintendent or the “Ops Sup” is undoubtedly one of the most demanding and mission critical roles of any organization. However, more often than not individuals find themselves thrust into the position without having been given adequate training and key tools for success. Most without having been afforded proper mentorship or a proper turnover. This course was designed by Operators for Operators and covers the crucial components needed to successfully carry out the Operations Superintendent responsibilities. The curricula captures Best Practices, didactics, and TTPs from the most high-ops tempo war units and is taught by arguably the best Operations Sups from the GWOT generation.
Detailed:
Conducts, supervises, manages, and evaluates unit type codes (UTC) and designated operational capabilities (DOC) statements, crisis action planning for preparing and documenting movement of personnel and equipment ISO the mission. Conduct inspection, review, and remedial action programs. Coordinate aircraft scheduling, configuration, and use as it pertains to deployment and training. Manages work schedules, unit deployment manager (UDM) oversight, and flying duty day requirements. Coordinate follow-on and career advancement training, accessibility to mission and intelligence data, ORM, and transportation. Sphere of influence within the organization, etc.
